LoadTest Cold Brew 0 began with a simple dream: to combine the meticulous, slow-steeped craft of specialty cold brew with the timeless elegance of a Parisian boutique café. Nestled right here in Prior Lake, we wanted to create a neighborhood sanctuary where time slows down, the coffee is treated like an art form, and every pastry tells a story.
We partner closely with local Minnesota micro-roasters to source ethically grown, single-origin beans. Our signature cold brew is steeped patiently for 24 hours at exact temperatures, yielding an incredibly smooth, low-acid cup that highlights the natural sweetness of the bean.
